You
make the ultimate decision and we will solicit a contract from the venue/hotel
for your approval.

do the work and provide advice to you. We inform the venue that you are
the decision maker which keeps you in control.
With

hospitality management companies, we are well trained and prepared for sharp
contract negotiations.
Once
a location is selected, you may choose to have a site inspection and get a first
hand look at the venue. We will coordinate all aspects of that site visit for
you.

you meet the below requirements.
Requirements of no cost service
Your meeting must be held
within the USA.
Meetings
held outside of the USA will incur a
marginal fee of $1,500.
Your
group must have at least 100 room nights. If meeting space is associated with
this group, the space must be proportionate to the number of sleeping rooms.
If your meeting is less than 100 room nights, there will be a marginal $1,200
fee assessed.
In
the instance of hotel cancellation or attrition below 100 total room nights; a
fee will be assessed based on labor hours performed.
You agree to have Meeting
Sites Pro as your sole agent for site selection and contract negotiations for
this particular meeting or event. No one from your organization, or outside of
your organization, has been or will be working on the site selection aspect of
this meeting or event.
Fees
are negotiable based on the number of meetings per year and number of total room
nights.
