(GSA) for planning meetings, conferences, events, and tradeshows
which makes the company eligible for small business set-aside
contracts.

Services include the making of all necessary
arrangements for meetings, conferences, seminars and trade shows.

- Coordination and implementation of third party participation
- Collection management of third party payment for participation
- Liaison support with venue
- Audiovisual and information technology support
- Topic and speaker identification
- Site location research
- Reservation of facilities
- On-site meeting and registration support
- Editorial services
- Automation and telecommunications support
- Design and editing productions
- Mailing and other communication
with attendees including pre-post meeting mailings/travel support
and computer database creation
Meeting Sites Pro is a
woman-owned small business, and as such can compete on any
set-aside contract requests designated for this type of company.

Six-Step Purchase Process
- Prepare a Request – This includes, at minimum:
- A Statement of Work (SOW) describing the scope of work to be accomplished.
- If desired, Meeting Sites Pro offers assistance to you (free of charge) in development of your SOW requirements consistent with your available budget constraints.
- A request for a firm-fixed price or a ceiling price.
- Explanation of contractor- your selection criteria.
- Transmit the Request to Meeting Sites Pro and 2 other GSA contractors via email or fax
- Include Meeting Sites Pro's GSA SIN & corresponding contract number.

- Response to Request
- Meeting Sites Pro will develop a proposal consisting of two parts: Technical and Price.
- Meeting Sites Pro will submit the proposal (written or oral) you by the predetermined deadline via the method of your choice.
- Best-value Determination
- Conduct a Best Value Review based on your selection criteria.
- Consider whether a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) is a useful method of procuring these services.

- Selection
- Select the best value contractor and issue a contract order.
- Planners will undertake the work under your direct supervision and will invoice you directly.
- Begin Work
