Pursuing Her Passion
March 12, 2001, San Diego, CA - Ms. Michelle Bartolone gained extensive sales
and marketing experience in the hospitality industry before launching Meeting
Sites Pro, Inc. Her hospitality background includes over twelve years of hotel
sales & marketing experience with such well-known chains as Marriott, Hilton,
Doubletree, Wyndham, and Destination Hotels & Resorts where Ms. Bartolone was
consistently the top sales producer. In April 2000, Ms. Bartolone decided to
pursue her entrepreneurial passion and start her own business. With her ambition
and strong desire to succeed, Meeting Sites Pro, Inc. is already making its mark
in the meeting management industry.
Meeting Sites Pro, Inc. plans and coordinates corporate meetings,
conferences, and events around the world. Ms. Bartolone stresses the importance
of service saying, “We are passionate about exceeding our client’s expectations
and relentless about finding creative ways to increase the value of our service
to our partners.”
Meeting Sites Pro, Inc. plans over 100 successful meetings and events each
year and enjoys support from many client heavyweights including Motorola,
Johnson & Johnson, Lifescan, Oracle, Ligand Pharmaceuticals, and Alaris Medical
Systems. They specialize in small to medium size meetings and events ranging in
size from 10 people to 200 people. Ms. Bartolone builds life-long partnerships
with her clients and lives by a rigorous code of business ethics. Meeting Sites

her Bachelors degree in Business Management from San Diego State University. In
addition, she earned a certification as a meeting planner: the Certified Meeting
Professional (CMP) designation. Over the years, she has been involved with
several industry associations and advisory boards, including San Diego Business
Travelers Association, Meeting Professionals International, and Hospitality
Sales & Marketing Association.
